The Balkans LED Academy is a regional version of the International Summer Academy on Local Economic Development developed by mesopartner. This event, organized by mesopartner, Eda and GTZ, will be held in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, from 19 to 23 April 2010. The Academy offers new insights on local and regional development and an opportunity for sharing experiences with practitioners from Balkan countries.
